Going to Christmas Market... with steam train!

15/12/2013 - A special steam train ran along Valsugana line (Bassano Del Grappa - Trento, in the northern Italy) for Christmas Market in Pergine Valsugana.
The train consist in 5 carriages "Centoporte" (built in '30) pulled by 740 293; the loco was built by Officine Meccaniche e Navali Napoli in 1922 and ended regoular services in the '80s.
In the picture the train was leaving Primolano. |
