Każdy zarejestrowany użytkownik może dodawać dowolną ilość zdjęć.
Należy przestrzegać kilka podstawowych zasad:

| 1. |
Zdjęcie powinno być własnego autorstwa. Dopuszcza się dodawanie zdjęć osób niezarejestrowanych po uzyskaniu ich
zgody jeśli zdjęcia te posiadają niewątpliwą wartość historyczną bądź dokumentują jakąś niezwykłą sytuację. |
| 2. |
Tematem zdjęcia powinna być kolej w szerokim tego słowa znaczeniu. Dopuszcza się dodawanie zdjęć
niekolejowych, obrazujących różne ciekawostki zaobserwowane w trakcie wypraw kolejowych bądź też dokumentujących te wyprawy. |
| 3. |
Staraj się nie wysyłać wszystkiego. Starannie dobieraj materiał. Zadbaj o jego jakość techniczną. Obowiązuje
zasada dobrego smaku - liczy się jakość, a nie ilość. Administratorzy zastrzegają sobie możliwość usunięcia słabych zdjęć oraz skasowania konta. |

Przestrzegaj rygorystycznych zasad wprowadzania i opisywania zdjęć:
a) rozmiar zdjęcia: max. 1800px x 1800px;
b) wielkość pliku zdjęcia: max. 2,5 MB;
c) miniaturki dodają się automatycznie (w tym wypadku pole "Plik miniaturki" należy pozostawić puste). Jeżeli chcesz dodać własną miniaturkę, w polu
"Plik miniaturki" należy podać ścieżkę do tego pliku;
d) tytuł zdjęcia - seria i numer lokomotywy, miejsce bądź też dowolny tekst nawiązujący jednak do tematu lub opisu zdjęcia;
e) opis zdjęcia - data (najlepiej dzień-miesiąc-rok, ewentualnie miesiąc-rok), miejsce wykonania zdjęcia oraz seria i numer pojazdu
zgodnie z zasadami opisywania lokomotyw. Dalej już zwykły opis zdjęcia. Warto dodać informacje o typie aparatu i obiektywu oraz użytym materiale światłoczułym.
Możliwe jest również podanie jakiś ciekawostek o okolicy czy zdarzeniu widocznym na zdjęciu;
f) słowa kluczowe - Kolejność wpisywania słów kluczowych: seria pojazdu, seria-numer pojazdu, miejscowość, numer linii D29, województwo, pora roku.
Dodatkowe słowa kluczowe, opcjonalnie do wykorzystania: osobowy, pospieszny, expres, towarowy, roboczy, specjalny, ezt, szynobus, para, wąskotorowy, noc, parada, parowozjada,
eszelon, podwójna trakcja, objazdy, luzak, szopa, EIC, TLK, przyspieszony, InterRegio, EuroCity, EuroNight
Przykład: SU45,SU45-089,Wieleń Północny,D29-203,wielkopolskie,jesień,osobowy
g) Mapy - należy obowiązkowo ustawić mapę pod zdjęciem. |
| 5. |
Zdjęcie początkującego usera podlegają weryfikacji Adminów - zdjęcia zweryfikowane pozytywnie trafiają do Galerii,
zdjęcia odrzucone ze względu na niedomagania techniczne są kasowane. Zdjęcia o wymiarach, czy rozmiarach plików przekraczających zdefiniowane wartości będą
usuwane. |
| 6. |
Użytkownik zasilający galerię dobrymi jakościowo zdjęciami, lub materiałem o dużej wartości np. historycznej
otrzymuje prawa bezpośredniego uploadu zdjęć. |
| 7. |
Sprawdzeni, zaawansowani użytkownicy o odpowiednim stażu na naszej galerii mogą dołączyć do grona Administratorów
World Rail Photo. |
| 8. |
Galeria nie ma limitów, ale w przypadku dużego obciążenia nowym materiałem zastrzegamy sobie prawo do doraŹnego
limitowania zamieszczeń fotografii oczekujących na weryfikację. Zastrzegamy, że nie jest to rutyną galerii i będzie wyłącznie rozwiązaniem awaryjnym. |
| 9. |
Zdjęcia użytkowników zaawansowanych także podlegają weryfikacji. W przypadku niedostatecznej jakości będą usuwane.
Użytkownik może też utracić prawo bezpośredniego wrzutu fotografii. |
| 10. |
Kandydat na użytkownika WRP może otrzymać konto po przesłaniu do Administracji minimum trzech zdjęć zgodnych z
standardami galerii (patrz pkt-y: 3, 4a, 4b). Administracja decyduje o przyznaniu konta. |
| 11. |
W przypadku pisania obraŹliwych i nieetycznych komentarzy pod zdjęciami czy też postów na forum oraz próbach siania
zamętu i fermentu na galerii użytkownik traci konto, a jego wszystkie zdjęcia i komentarze są usuwane. |
| 12. |
Użytkownik, który dodał zdjęcie na WRP nie powinien go publikować w innych galeriach (nie dotyczy autorskiej strony
www danego użytkownika oraz galerii zagranicznych). W przypadku odkrycia, iż na innej galerii jest identyczne zdjęcie tego samego autora, zdjęcie z WRP zostanie natychmiast usunięte
bez powiadamiania o tym autora. W przypadku nagminnie powtarzających się tego typu sytuacji użytkownik może stracić konto. |
| 13. |
Wszystkie sprawy nie ujęte w regulaminie są rozstrzygane przez Administrację. Administracja zastrzega sobie prawo
do ostatecznej interpretacji regulaminu. |

Every registered user can upload unlimited amount of photographs.
However some basic rules shall be respected:

| 1. |
The photograph shall be taken by the user. However, it is allowed to upload photographs of persons who are not registered after obtaining their consent if
these photographs are of unquestionable historical value or are the evidence of some extraordinary situation. |
| 2. |
Only the railway themed photographs shall be uploaded. However, it is allowed to upload photographs not connected to this theme, but illustrating various
interesting details observed during the railway excursions or being the evidence of such excursions. |
| 3. |
Try not to upload all the photographs. Carefully choose them. Be concerned of the technical quality of the photographs. The following rule of good taste shall
be observed - quality, not quantity. The Administrators reserve the possibility of deleting poor quality photographs and the user's account. |
| 4. |
Observe the strict rules of uploading and describing the photographs:
a) photograph size: max. 1800px x 1800px;
b) size of photograph file: max. 2,5 MB;
c) thumb views are added automatically (leave empty the field "thumb view file"). If you want to upload your own thumb view, insert the path to the
file in the field "thumb view file";
d) photograph title - series and number of the locomotive, location or any text referring to the theme or description of the photograph;
e) photograph description - date (day-month-year is advisable, month-year is possible), location where the photograph
was taken and series and number of the vehicle according to the rules of describing the locomotives. Then the usual description of the
photograph shall follow. It is advisable to provide the information on the type of used camera, lens and photosensitive material. It is also possible to
provide any interesting details about the area or event illustrated in the photograph;
f) keywords - Sequence entry keywords: series, series-number, location, line number (use D29 line number in Poland), region, season.
Additional keywords, optional to use: osobowy (slow train), pospieszny (fast train), expres, towarowy (freight train), roboczy (working train), specjalny (special train), ezt (EMU),
szynobus (DMU), para (steam train), wąskotorowy (narrow-gauge), noc (night), parada, parowozjada, eszelon (military train), podwójna trakcja (double traction/loco), objazdy (detour),
luzak (only loco), szopa (depo), EIC, TLK, przyspieszony (semi-fast train), InterRegio, EuroCity, EuroNight
Example: SU45 (series) SU45-089, (series-number) Wieleń Północny, (location) D29-203, (D29 line number) wielkopolskie, (region) jesień, (season-autumn) osobowy (slow train)
g) Mapy - you must set the map under the picture. |
| 5. |
A photograph of the new user is subject to verification by the Administrators - photographs verified "positive" are transferred to the
Gallery, photographs rejected because of any technical problems are deleted. Photographs whose dimensions or file sizes exceed the specified values
will be deleted. |
| 6. |
The user, who uploads good quality photographs to the Gallery or photographs of significant (e.g. historical) value, is given the right for direct upload of
photographs. |
| 7. |
Verified advanced users of appropriate experience in our Gallery may join the group of the Administrators of the World Rail Photo site. |
| 8. |
The Gallery is unlimited, but in the event of large amounts of new photographs, we reserve the right to establish a temporary limit for uploading photographs
waiting for verification. We must emphasize that this is not a routine procedure and is only an emergency solution. |
| 9. |
Photographs of the advance users are also subject to verification. In the event of poor quality, the photographs will be deleted. The user may also lose the
right for the direct upload of the photographs. |
| 10. |
A candidate for the user of the WRP service can be given an account after sending to the Administration minimum three photographs compliant with the standards
of the Gallery (look at points: 3, 4a, 4b). The Administration desides to give an account. |
| 11. |
In the event of any offensive and unethical comments posted under the photographs or in the event of any offensive or unethical posts published in the Forum,
and when causing confusion or discord in the Gallery, the user loses his/her account, and all his/her photographs and comments are deleted. |
| 12. |
The user who uploaded a photograph to WRP site shall not publish it in other galleries (does not apply to the authorial website of the user and on international websites).
In the event of discovery that an identical photograph of the same author is shown in other gallery, the photograph present in WRP site shall be immediately
deleted without notification of the author. In the event when such situations happen again and again, the account of the user may be deleted. |
| 13. |
Any matters not specified herein shall be settled by the Administration. The Administration reserves the right to the final interpretation hereof. |
