The route between Triptis and Lobenstein has some special civil engineering constructive works. One of famous buildings is Ziemestalviadukt or Ziemestalbrücke. There was a special sound while passing of trains (past because route is closed).
On midday of 18.05.1998 runs 219 117 with a passenger train from Lobenstein to Triptis. |

Last regular train ran in June 1998 before timetable change in summer.
After that there were some transportations of transformators to transformator station in Remptendorf.
Finally they closed this route for all trains around year 2000. |

No, still this line shall exist. But it is interrupted in the area of motorway A9 in Moßbach. The old bridge was for a four-track motorway. Now the A9 has 6 tracks.
Some years ago there were some traffic with track motor cars.
